Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We ship worldwide (to ship to Brazil & Russia please contact us to sales@glassesclipon.com ). We want SOLANO and other glasses to be available all around the world.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated shipping time will depend on your location:

EUROPE: 1-3 working days

UNITED STATES: 2-5 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: 4-7 working days

The time of delivery might be increased if applicable customs clearance. Any duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the client and not Lovers Glasses CLIPON.

You should sum 1-2 days in case you are ordering prescription glasses. Usually it is one day.  

How do you ship your orders?

We use a premium service from UPS. Once we send your pair of SOLANO and other, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your order at all times.

How much are the shipping costs?

All shipping is free.

Where are you shipping from?

We are shipping all the goods from our warehouse in POLAND (EU).

I want to exchange or return my glasses, what is your return policy?

We offer a simple 14 days return. Email us and we’ll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of EUR 15 will be deducted from your refund per order to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

This doesn't apply to prescription lenses, as they are made according to the personalized prescription indicated by the customer.

Once we receive and review the correct condition of the product, we’ll make the whole refund deducting the shipping costs*.

* Non-EU countries changes and/or returns may have duties/VAT costs added to the shipping costs, related to the importation of the goods to Poland.

SOLANO CLIP ON?

Solano Clip ON is a combination of corrective frames with sun covers, i.e. a practical 2 in 1 solution. If you need vision correction and at the same time want to protect your eyes against harmful solar radiation, this brilliant solution is for you.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Of course. If you are interested please send your prescription via email to (sales@glassesclipon.com). 

We will evaluate your dream corrective lenses for you.

How should I clean my glasses?

We recommend using the cleaning cloth provided (or similar) to remove lipids and moisture without smearing. If more intensive cleaning is required use lens cleaning spray without alcohol.

For the acetate frames, we recommend using the cleaning cloth provided  (or similar) as well. If more intensive cleaning is required use water and soap with the microfiber.

How do I attach CLIP?

One movement is very simple and does not even need to look in the mirror. It is enough to bring the overlay closer to the housing so that it sticks to it in one second thanks to the magnets.

Does the dome protect the eyes as much as sunglasses?

All sun covers are equipped with a professional UV filter and polarization . Thanks to this, your eyes not only gain 100% protection, but also visual comfort. Polarization blocks blinding glare that appears when the sun's rays fall on a flat surface, e.g. a surface of water, wet road surface, windshield of the vehicle in front of us while driving a car, etc.

Some of the sunshades are also equipped with the Mirror HD coating. 

Do all CLIP have a polarizing filter?

Yes, all CLIP ON and the yellow lens overlay have both UV and polarizing filters. Only Blue Blocker overlays are polarity free.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Do I receive a product warranty?

Yes, in Glasses CLIP ON we believe in the quality of our goods so all our products are 1 year warranted from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents (Broken temples, frames or lenses)

Aesthetic changes due to daily use (lack of shine, scratches, the disappearance of text in temples, etc)
